    Payment information:

    Payments are processed by our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. Card, UPI, and net-banking details are entered on Razorpay's secure, PCI-DSS-compliant systems. Ritz7 does not collect or store your full card or bank details. We receive only a payment confirmation, the amount, and a transaction reference.

    Information collected automatically:

    Device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, and usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies to help the site function and to improve our Services.

    2. How We Use Your Information

    We use your information to:

    • Deliver the program you enrolled in and give you access to sessions, content, and the cohort community
    • Send receipts, GST invoices, program updates, and important service communications
    • Add you to the relevant cohort WhatsApp group and communicate with you about your enrollment
    • Provide customer support and respond to your queries
    • Process payments and issue invoices (including via our accounting partner)
    • Improve our website, content, and Services
    • Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations

    We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
